PROSTAR was incorporated on the 24 th of November 1996 . Since then, PROSTAR has experienced its share of hiccups and false starts. However, as with any young organization, PROSTAR is expected to face numerous obstacles and challenges. Therefore, PROSTAR members would need tenacity and resolution to face them.
